Donation Request

Michigan's Adventure is proud to support the communities we serve. We strive to contribute to nonprofit organizations, schools, and community programs through in-kind ticket donations when possible. Due to the high volume of requests, we have established the following guidelines to ensure a fair and consistent process.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for a ticket donation, organizations must:

• • Be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, school, or community-based group
  • Serve communities within Michigan or areas aligned with our community initiatives
  • Use donated tickets for:
    • Fundraising events (silent auctions, raffles, etc.)
    • Educational or enrichment programs

Donation Request Process

Submit Request

• Complete the official donation request form below
• Include:
  • Organization name and contact information
  • Proof of nonprofit status
  • Event details (date, location, purpose)
  • How the tickets will be used

Review Period

• Requests are reviewed on a rolling basis
• Due to volume, not all requests can be fulfilled

Notification

• Approved organizations will be notified via email
• If approved, instructions for receiving tickets will be provided

Donation Guidelines & Limitations

• Requests are fulfilled based on:
  • Alignment with community priorities
  • Availability of donated inventory
  • Timing and completeness of request
• Michigan's Adventure is unable to grant:
  • Requests from individuals
  • Requests from political or lobbying organizations
  • Requests from organizations or programs whose primary purpose is to promote a particular religious faith, creed or doctrine
  • Requests from organizations that discriminate on the basis of race, nationality, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, creed, military/veteran status or any other group of people protected by state or federal law

Application Window

• Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. All donations are at the discretion of Michigan's Adventure.
• We focus on prioritizing youth-focused organizations, education initiatives, and underserved communities.
• 2027 Donation requests are currently being accepted through November 9, 2026. At that time, we will notify the recipients.  The next application window will open in the Fall of 2027.

For organizations planning to bring a group to Michigan's Adventure, we offer special discounted group rates:

• Available for schools, nonprofits, businesses, and large parties
• A great option when the goal is to provide an experience for a group rather than fundraising
• Benefits include reduced ticket pricing, flexible visit dates and optional meal plans and add-ons
