Enchanted Parks Guest FAQs

Season Pass Related – For those who have purchased through Six Flags prior to April 6, 2026

When I go to the Six Flags app, my season pass is gone/does not appear. How do I access my season pass?

Enchanted Parks will be launching an app on Memorial Day. Until then, you can now access your season pass by logging on to the Six Flags app.  All Enchanted Parks are reinstated in the Six Flags app.
Enchanted Parks is also importing your Six Flags ticketing data, current season pass benefits and add-ons by opening day. After Memorial Day, you will be able to access your Enchanted Parks season pass on the Enchanted Parks app.

I purchased a Dining Plan for the 2026 season. Is it still valid? How do I access it?

Enchanted Parks does not have a Dining Plan program. We understand this is a new change for many guests and season passholders. If you purchased a dining plan prior to April 6, 2026, your options are listed below. These options will be applied to all previously purchased dining/meal plans – all-season and single day.
As a valued and loyal guest, we have developed three options for you to consider for the 2026 season and your purchased 2026 dining plan.  These options are available to all dining plans purchased for the 2026 season, including all season or single day dining plans.   Please read the options below and choose the one that will work for you and your family.
  • Full Dining Plan Refund  — You will receive a full refund for the amount you paid for the dining plan upgrade to your season pass. This option will remove the dining plan from all Enchanted Parks locations and Six Flags-owned parks. You will receive your refund within two weeks of submitting your request to the method of payment you used to purchase your season pass(es).
  • Receive an Enchanted Parks E‑Gift Card with added 20% Bonus — You may exchange your dining plan for an Enchanted Parks e‑gift card and receive a one-time additional 20% bonus.

For example, you can exchange your $100 dining plan, and you will receive a $120 e‑gift card, which will be valid at all Enchanted Parks locations. E‑gift cards will be emailed to you within two weeks of your request. You may then use it for any park purchase - food, retail, upgrades – at the park. This option will remove the Dining Plan from all park locations including Six Flags-owned parks.

  • Take No Action — You may decide to keep your dining plan. It will remain active and may be used only at Six Flags–owned parks throughout the 2026 season, subject to the terms of your original purchase. The dining plan will not be valid at Enchanted Parks, and no additional compensation will be offered.

Please Click Here to fill out the dining plan resolution form. All form submissions will be validated with information provided.

Currently I have a payment plan and pay Six Flags for my season pass on a monthly basis. Will that continue?

Yes, Six Flags will continue to collect your monthly payments. If there is a problem with your payment, Enchanted Parks will be notified. If you need to change your current pay set up, please visit the Six Flags Payment Portal.

How do I print out a hard copy of my season pass?

You will be able to pick up a season pass card at the park once the park is open. If you plan to visit the park before then, you will need to show the barcode for your ticket or season pass purchase at the gate either on your phone or you can bring a printout of your confirmation email. If you do not have your barcode or purchase confirmation, please stop at Guest Services at the park’s front gate.

I purchased several Six Flags season passes – how do I assign/add each individual name to each pass?

We recommend that you go through the process on the Six Flags app if you plan to visit any of the Six Flags parks this year. Six Flags support will help you through this transition. Please contact Six Flags at 817-607-6121

What perks will Enchanted Parks honor with my Six Flags season pass purchased before April 6, 2026?

I purchased Fast Lane passes. How do I access those – and my other benefits? (Such as Bring a Friend for Free?)

The barcodes for these benefits will work at all Enchanted Parks locations and the Six Flags parks for the 2026 season.  All original purchase terms, except the dining plans, will be honored in 2026.  You can also now access your season passes and benefits in the Six Flags app.

I want to CANCEL my Six Flags season pass. How do I do that?

In accordance with Six Flags’ Terms and Conditions, all ticket and season pass sales are non-refundable. Enchanted Parks will not issue refunds for any Six Flags tickets or season passes purchased.

I bought my Six Flags season pass at an Enchanted Park last fall. Can I visit the Six Flags parks with it?

If you purchased your season pass before April 6, 2026, you will still have access to all of the Six Flags parks that were included with your Six Flags season pass, including the Enchanted Park that is your home park. If you purchased your season pass after April 6, 2026, your season pass is valid only at the 8 Enchanted Parks.

How do I change the name(s) on the season pass(es) I purchased?

We recommend that you go through the process on the Six Flags application if you plan to visit any of the Six Flags parks this year. Six Flags support will help you through this transition. Please contact Six Flags at 817-607-6121

I have a Six Flags season pass – can I visit Enchanted Parks with it?

Season Passes purchased prior to April 6, 2026, will continue to have all of the season pass benefits listed at time of purchase, with the exception of the dining plan. Example: If your Six Flags Pass benefits included an Enchanted Park, then your pass will work at those parks only.

For the Bring-A-Friend season pass benefits (bring a friend free or discounts) and what parks exactly they can access.

The Bring a Friend Free benefits and discounted ticket benefits for season passholders will be available by Memorial Day weekend.
