Two 2027 Season Pass options are available:
2027 Hero Pass – our entry-level pass which gets you access to your home park plus a few addition perks such as:
- Admission to your home park
- Free general parking
- Food and retail discounts
2027 Legend Pass – our all-access season pass which gets you into all 8 Enchanted Parks, along with a more comprehensive set of benefits such as:
- Admission to all 8 Enchanted Parks
- Free general parking
- Unlimited 2027 Halloween event access (based on individual park calendar/offerings)
- Free guest tickets
- Additional discounts and exclusive benefits
Have the benefits to Hero and Legend passed changed since 2026?
Yes, the 2027 passes have a different set of benefits. We recommend reviewing both passes in detail to select the type that’s best for your family.
When can I start using my pass?
You can start using your 2027 Season Pass immediately after purchase. Your 2027 Season Pass includes admission for the remainder of the 2026 season.
Do I need to wait until 2027 to use my pass?
No, you do not need to wait until 2027 to start using your pass -- that's the advantage of this offer! Buy now and enjoy the rest of 2026 plus the entire 2027 season.
What is the difference between the 2027 Hero Pass and 2027 Legend Pass?
2027 Hero Pass

- Valid at all 8 Enchanted Parks
- Free general parking

Can I visit other Enchanted Parks with my pass?
Hero Passes are valid at your designated home park only. Legend Passes include admission to all 8 Enchanted Parks.
Is parking included?
Yes. Both Hero and Legend Passes include free general parking. The Legend pass also includes a 50% discount at the Gate on preferred parking.
Are Halloween events included?
2027 Legend Pass holders receive unlimited admission to 2027 Halloween events at participating parks (based on individual park calendar/offerings).
Does the promotion include this year's Halloween events?
Eligible passholders can use their pass benefits during the remainder of 2026, including applicable park operating days and events. Event availability may vary by park. Please check your park's event calendar for details.
Do passholders receive discounts on food and merchandise?
Yes, both pass options in 2027 include food and merchandise discounts but they vary in percentage. The 2027 Hero Pass offers 10% off food and retail purchases. The 2027 Legend Pass offers 15% off food and retail purchases.

Can I bring friends with my pass?
Both the 2027 Hero and Legend offer Bring-A-Friend benefits, but they vary by pass type.
Legend Pass holders receive two free Bring-A-Friend tickets per season and two discounted Bring-A-Friend tickets per month. Hero Pass holders receive one discounted Bring-A-Friend ticket per month. Benefits are subject to program terms and availability.
Do passholders receive Fast Lane benefits?
Legend Pass holders receive four single-use Fast Lane redemptions per season. Hero Passes do not include this benefit.
Are there any exclusive passholder perks?
Yes. Both Hero and Legend Pass holders receive access to:
- Enchanted Experiences
- Exclusive merchandise opportunities
- Exclusive monthly offers and promotions

How do Season Pass renewals work?
Guests with a current Season Pass may be eligible for a special renewal offer for the 2027 season. Eligible passholders can renew and purchase up to eight (8) discounted 2027 Season Passes online on the ticketing page or at the Gate.
How do I access my renewal offer? Your email address serves as your renewal coupon code. Simply enter the email address associated with your current Season Pass on the purchase page to unlock your exclusive renewal pricing.
How many passes can I purchase through the renewal offer? Eligible passholders can purchase up to eight (8) 2027 Season Passes at the renewal rate.
Will my new pass automatically be added to my account? No. After completing your renewal purchase, you will need to have your new 2027 Season Pass processed at the park before use.
Do I need to visit the park after renewing online? Yes. Guests who purchase through the renewal offer must visit the park to have their new pass processed and activated.
What email address should I use? Use the same email address associated with your current Season Pass account. This email address acts as the coupon code that unlocks your renewal offer.
What if my email address doesn’t work for renewal online? Visit the Gate and your park to activate your renewal offer and 2027 Season Pass.
Can I get the renewal offer at the park? Yes, you can get the renewal offer at the park Gate with a valid 2026 Season Pass.
